The park features a new pool, picnic shelter, basketball courts, playground equipment, and the Memorial Building.

Gilbertson Park is located behind the school’s baseball diamond and
it features playground equipment and ball diamonds with a picnic shelter, and a community ice rink in the winter season!

and enclosed areas. This prohibition includes all facilities at which parks and recreation-sponsored activities occur.
No person shall use any tobacco products at or on any outdoor or enclosed areas of City-owned or operated
recreational facilities, including playgrounds, athletic fields, restrooms, spectator areas, enclosed buildings,

MEMORIAL BUILDING
A multi-purpose building is conveniently located at the city park and is used for special events
such as family reunions, dances, bazaars, and parties.
There is no fee for renting the Memorial Building but a $100 cleaning/damage deposit is required.

from the outside of the building from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Overnight tenting is allowed in Kindred City Park for bicyclists.
Length of stay is limited to one night. Tent set up should be close to the picnic shelter,
which has electrical outlets. Please phone Kindred City Hall at 701-428-3115 to leave a message of your stay
